Transition Manager level III

• As a Transition Manager, your primary responsibility will be to  help customers onboard to the ACMC program by leading the overall process from contract signing  through the contract life. The ultimate goal of the team is to mitigate technical issues *before* they result in downstream impact.

• Align the account: Conduct kick-off calls with the broader account team to acquire detailed account history. Identify and validate provisioned infrastructure is consistent with Sales order details, including servers, versions, sizing, and usage)
• Establish the team: Submit resource requests for key experts to support the customer account.
• Govern the lifecycle: Create customer operational and governance content to ensure accurate
• tracking and lifecycle management.
• Onboard the customer: Orient the customer to the program and coordinate the onboarding and launch activities.
• Review the infrastructure service & health: Facilitate regular service reviews between the ACMC team and the customer. The frequency will be based on the tier purchased by the customer.
• Manage the transitions: Direct internal and external teams through complex technical transform events , including upgrades, migrations, and major environment maintenance.
• Support the account: Provides assistance to the assigned Customer Success Manager and account leads during renewal, critical issues, and other account lifecycle events.
• Improve the customer experience: Create reference able customers who are eager to share their successes with the marketing community.

• Eagerness to be included in a rapidly expanding team with evolving responsibilities
• Ability to articulate and convey program concepts to a mixed audience of senior technical and business executives
• Proficiency in customer management, engineering/software process, and account de-escalation strategies
• Willingness to work different shifts including night shift
• Proficiency in foreign languages like Japanese & French are added advantage.

• Transition Managers are supported by an aligned team of experts and consultants who will collaborate with the customer in areas of infrastructure, implementation, and business practice.
• Advise customers in email marketing and omnichannel methodologies
• Collect and document customer struggles, challenge areas requirements, and use cases to develop a tune-up plan/proposal Support customer testing effort
