ANINE BING is looking for a Temporary Accountant to join its Accounts Receivable team based in Los Angeles.

The Temporary Accountant will play a key role in managing and supporting the accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining smooth financial operations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure customer inquiries and payments are processed efficiently while being detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial processes. The Temporary Accountant should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.

This role will support our accounting team during a transitional period and can be remote.

Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring customer accounts
• Monitor email and respond to customer inquiries or forward to the appropriate person
• Post payments to customer accounts
• Clearing price discrepancies on customer invoices
• Review sales orders for accuracy
• Work with warehouse to obtain proof of delivery for customers requesting
• Provide proof of payment to accounting
• Other responsibilities as needed by accounts receivable.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience in accounts receivable and payable
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Extremely organized
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Compensation

• The anticipated base salary range for this role is $25 - $30 per hour
