About the job:
As the Director of People & Culture, you will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment. This role reports directly to the CEO and will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure our people and culture initiatives align with our business goals and values.
