Contracts Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team. As a Contracts Manager, you will be involved in the entire Tendering Process, and will play a critical role in reviewing contracts for our projects in Saudi Arabia. You will be required to respond to Client’s Pre-Qualification Requirements, RFPs, prepare the PMC proposal in coordination with others within the PMC Team, develop a Risk Register covering the risks associated with the Contracts Terms and Conditions, preparing and responding to contractual and commercial correspondence, and related activities.

• The Contract Manager may also be involved in addressing post award matters on as need basis.

• Lead the process of developing the Pre-qualification documents, PMC Proposals in coordination with others within the PMC Team, relating to Construction Contracts.

• Leading the process of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.

• Develop a Risk Register for all Contractual and Commercial matters, and liaise with other stakeholders in the development of a Risk Register for all technical matters, including but not limited to Technical issues, Schedule issues etc.
• Respond to Tender Queries related to Contractual & Commercial matters, and coordinate with others stakeholders in responding to all other matters (Technical, Schedule, etc.)
• Identify potential contractual risks and propose risk mitigation.
• A good working knowledge with FIDIC & bespoke Forms of Contract

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on contract performance, issues, and resolutions for management review.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Construction Management or similar

Minimum of 15 years of experience in Pre-Award Contract Management.

Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

Strong Organizational Skills, a result-oriented, Team Player and possess high ethical standards.

Self-motivated, independent professional is a must.
