Health & Safety Manager

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their team. As a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, Eram Talent is committed to providing exceptional recruitment solutions across various industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing health and safety practices to ensure a safe and secure work environment for employees and stakeholders. You will develop and enforce policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and provide training and support to employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate safety measures
• Provide training and support to employees on health and safety practices
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety
• Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety improvement initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in health and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Professional certifications in health and safety, such as NEBOSH or OSHA, are preferred
• Flexibility to travel as required
