Estimating & Cost Manager (Commercial Manager)

JASARA PMC is currently looking for an experienced Estimating & Cost Manager, also known as a Commercial Manager, to join our team. As the Estimating & Cost Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and profitability of our projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, conducting market research, and analyzing data to support future business planning.

In addition, you will be responsible for conducting audits on financial processes and transactions, monitoring changes in processes or methods to calculate the effects on overall costs, and providing insights to help management make informed decisions based on costs and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and financial analysis, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information. Your role as Estimating & Cost Manager will be essential in ensuring profitability and driving business success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects or services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a similar field
• Proven experience as an Estimating & Cost Manager or similar role
• Strong background in data, operational, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of accounting processes and software
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
