Tech Project Manager with Retail Exp ONSITE role

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned retail projects
• Work with clients to scope out project requirements and objectives, developing detailed project plans accordingly
• Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring that projects remain on track and within budget
• Manage a team of retail professionals, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with progress made on their project
• Address any concerns or issues that may arise during the course of a project in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with third-party vendors as needed to secure materials or services required for project completion
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing status updates to clients and upper management as needed
• Prepare detailed reports documenting project progress, costs, and outcomes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes accordingly
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with team members as appropriate
• Perform quality assurance checks on completed projects before delivering them to clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a project management role
• Proven track record of successful project management from start to finish
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or project management
• PMP certification
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
