Imaging Algorithm Development (IAD), an internal product which is part of Clients Imaging Products & Solutions (IPS) line, is a key enabler for data scientists and study teams to turn their work into validated algorithm products. Through this capability, IAD facilitates new research and creates positive health outcomes for patients via the development of unprecedented AI diagnostic tools for the market, the discovery of key disease insights to enhance treatment precision, and the acceleration of clinical trials without compromising on rigor.
To continue enabling these workstreams in a scalable manner, we are seeking an experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst who can develop the IAD roadmap, be a leader in the product visions execution, and ensure that all IAD feature deliveries have a tangible impact and align to our organizations strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Prioritize and maintain product roadmap/backlog via:
o Collaboration with product managers and business stakeholders
o Business value assessment of initiatives and incoming feature requests
o Mapping of needs and features to strategic goals
o Alignment of features across multiple products for broader strategic initiatives
Ensure delivery of product features/capabilities and mitigation of roadblocks through:
o Translating product roadmap features into well-defined requirements
o Translating requirements into tasks through sprint planning
o Planning and leading team scrum meetings
o Defining epics, stories, and themes to align tasks with strategy
o Maintaining a system for collecting/documenting stakeholder feature requests
o Refining our agile methodology based on outcomes and stakeholder feedback
Develop the following and ensure they are detailed, comprehensive, and clearly understood by all relevant teams and stakeholders:
o User stories
o Acceptance criteria/tests
o Product feature specifications
o Functional and non-functional requirements
Remain abreast of industry trends and innovations, especially in
o Medical algorithm productization/commercialization
o SDLCs/DevOps
o AI/Client in medical imaging
o Agile management
Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions from stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Domain knowledge in medical imaging, medical algorithm productization/commercialization, MLOps, and DevOps
4+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar role
In-depth experience with agile methodology and the product lifecycle
Detailed understanding of business value related to features and functions
Strong business writing, communication, and presentation skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively harmonize or otherwise manage conflicting stakeholder needs
Recommended Qualifications:
Domain expertise in medical imaging, medical algorithm productization/commercialization, MLOps, and DevOps
6+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar role
Product lifecycle management expertise •
