As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for the overall architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define system architecture, and ensure alignment with business goals and industry best practices. Your expertise in ServiceNow platform and architecture will be crucial in delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Define the overall ServiceNow architecture, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs.
- Lead the design and development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow functionalities, workflows, and forms to meet specific business needs.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate ServiceNow applications and plugins to extend platform capabilities.
- Create technical design documents, including system architecture, data models, and integration specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and system administrators, to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Required Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, including hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules, such as ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, AppEngine.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and Glide.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, and APIs.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA), are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:- ServiceNow Certifications: Possessing relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified IT Service Management (ITSM) is highly desirable.
- ServiceNow Architecture and Design: Proven ability to architect and design complex and scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements, industry best practices, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
