About the Role:

As a Proposal Manager, you will be an integral part of the Portfolio Strategy (Bid) team and be responsible for creating compelling proposals and bids in response to client requests and tenders. You will be a key point of contact internally, liaising with multiple departments to manage, coordinate, and deliver internal responses for PQQs, bids, presentations, case studies, and other business development support materials.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building a full understanding of bid requirements, including processes.
• Being the point of contact for all internal stakeholders throughout the tender process.
• Coordinating the bid schedule and ensuring contributors meet internal deadlines.
• Writing and editing proposal content, ensuring all information is relevant, accurate, and well-organized.
• Managing multiple bids simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and submission requirements.
• Collating, reviewing, and managing technical input from subject matter experts.
• Formatting and proofreading final bid documents.
• Ensuring win themes are clearly communicated in the proposal documents.
• Reviewing contract execution performance and providing feedback on lessons learned to improve future tenders.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of templates, standard materials, and marketing information.

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft persuasive and compelling proposals.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
