Rate - $35.03/hr on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $52.55/hr)
Job Description:
Provide implementation support and analytics for the North America Full Suite program which is part of the Client Finance Transformation inititiative. Implementation will cover all businesses/segments in Client North America.
Role & Responsibilities
• Participate and support the definition phase of the project including:
o Supporting business in discovery
o Review discovery documentation provided by country
o Review Fit/Gap analysis.
• Participate and support the design phase of the project including:
o Review of Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
o Review of Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
o Creation of Operations schedule and flow for country
o Support report design
o Validate mapping logic
• Participate and support configuration and development phase of the project including:
o All country specific configurations
o Assist technology with conversion efforts
o Perform reconciliations of converted data
• Participate and support the SIT phase of the project including:
o Review of all country SIT specific test plans and scripts
o Correction of any configuration issues
o Configuration support
• Participate and support the UAT phase of the project including:
o Assist in the creation of the UAT test plan
o Execution of FRO test scripts
o Support business with UAT testing
o Assist with stress/performance/volume testing
• Participate and support the Go Live phase of the project including:
o Assistance with user training
o Confirm production configurations
o Assist with and confirm conversion
o Assist in the complete of go live checklist
Qualifications:
Experience
• Awareness and understanding of FRO functions and taxonomies.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands.

• Knowledge of risk and controls within FRO processes.
