<p>David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award winning liquidity and technology solutions company who is seeking to onboard a Senior Sales Manager to join their team.</p><p><br></p><p>Position: Senior Sales Manager </p><p>Location: Remote/ EU</p><p>Employment type: Full-time </p><p>Remuneration: Base salary</p><p></p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></strong><br></p><ul><li>Create and execute sales strategies </li><li>Identify and acquire high-risk clients within the gaming industry, while managing long-term relationships</li><li>Foster and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within high-risk verticals</li><li>Represent the organization at global events with a focus on networking, business development, and enhancing brand visibility</li><li>Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and onboarding new clients</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services to high-risk clients.</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Native/Fluency in English, both written and oral</li><li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or business development, particularly within high-risk industries such as betting, gambling, gaming, or the crypto sector.</li><li>Demonstrated success in managing high-risk client relationships </li><li>Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Deep understanding of the challenges and solutions related to payment processing in high-risk sectors</li><li>Familiarity with crypto payment solutions and blockchain technology is highly advantageous</li><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proven ability to build relationships and develop a network within high-risk industries</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and conferences on a global scale.</li></ul><p><br></p><p></p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong><strong>OFFER:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing fintech platform</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives</li><li>Collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement</li><li>Professional development opportunities, including training and exposure to new technologies<br></li><li>Flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package</li></ul> •
