<p>David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative for their Barcelona office. </p><p> </p><p>Position: Customer Service Representative</p><p>Location: Barcelona, Spain </p><p>Employment type: Full-time</p><p>Work model: on-site</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong> </p><ul><li>Handle incoming B2C user requests via telephone/email</li><li>Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer</li><li>Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge</li><li>Support technical enquiries and manage incidents of the client’s product, car electrical chargers</li><li>Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system</li><li>Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress</li><li>Monitor / progress all open queries in queue</li><li>Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level</li><li>Ensure contractual SLA is maintained</li><li>Respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager</li><li>Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level</li></ul><ul></ul><p> </p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS: </strong></p><ul><li>Native / fluent in Dutch, both verbal and written.
