The role is based in Malta and offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, competitive market.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive account management strategy aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of account managers to achieve revenue targets and maintain high client satisfaction levels.</li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the client engagement strategy and align departmental goals with the company’s vision.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and high customer retention.</li><li>Develop deep, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.</li><li>Identify opportunities to expand client accounts through upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.</li><li>Monitor and ensure the delivery of customized solutions that meet client requirements and enhance their business performance.</li><li>Analyze and track client performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.</li><li>Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to improve their operations and maximize revenue potential.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of any client issues, acting as an escalation point when necessary.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities, using this knowledge to anticipate client needs and refine service offerings.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the brand and identify new business opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience (5+ years) in account management, within the iGaming sector - from a Game Provider side (B2B).</li><li>Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and delivering significant business growth.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.</li><li>Knowledge of the iGaming industry, its challenges, and opportunities.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.</li></ul> •
