Change Execution Specialist

• Application Development / Enhancement Project management to Identify and manage technical projects.

1. Task and Issue tracking
2. Delivery coordination
3. Testing, Test Coordination/Optimization and Automation

• Application lifecycle management and IT Asset Ownership to Point of contact for all application related requests.

1. Accountable for the ongoing enhancement, maintenance, and governance of applications, respectively to create and plan, in line with company policies and frameworks.
2. Provides Level 3 application support as/when required.

• Vendor management

1. Facilitate requirements preparation and providing them to vendors
2. Contract maintenance.
3. Vendor KPI creation and maintenance
4. Vendor SLA creation and maintenance
5. Manage software licenses, security certificates and contracts with service providers.

• Stakeholder management, e.g., end users, project managers, business analysts, quality managers, release managers and application vendors
• Ensure policy-compliance for risk and control items such as RACER, SOX, ASG, ISP, Audit, etc.

Requirements

• At least Graduate level degree with Computing Degree.
• Minimum 7-10 years hands-on relevant technology experience in technologies such as Linux, Oracle SQL, MS SQL, DOTNET, REST, JSON, SOAP, Messaging, WSO2, JBOSS, Apache, Google Cloud, etc. within banking / finance.
• 3-year solid experience in application ownership space, fully covering application lifecycle of business applications with various complexities and criticality.
• 10 years of solid Project Management experience (including Waterfall & Agile methodologies).
• 5 years requirements gathering and business analysis experience for technology projects of medium and large complexity.
  Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels, ability to navigate and work in virtual global teams and matrix organization.

• Experience in defining and tracking requirements.
• Proven track record of internal / external (including vendor) stakeholder management.
• Strong organization skills and solution-oriented problem solving.
• 5 years of Test coordination/optimization, testing and test automation experience.
• 5Years experience of working with JIRA for project planning, task tracking, etc.
• Good team player, independent and reliable.
• Distinct client and service orientation with the ability to work in a high paced environment under pressure.
• IT-Banking background is a plus.
• Employment duration is up to 12 months extendable depending upon requirement.
