Technician

As a technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving all customer inquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible. Responsibilities

• Experience of Mobile/Laptop repairing
• Good hold of circuit level R&D, repairing knowledge and proficiency
• Communicate technical information to non-technical customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Extra ordinary R&D skills in the field of electronics that are mandatory to rectify the on-field challenges faced in our day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and technical issues
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Requirements

• DAE or Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical
• Power related repairing Cable soldering Cable tracing Android base knowledge Power calculations
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software components
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
