What You’ll Achieve:
As our Project Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer’s journey, ensuring that every installation meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction:
Lead with Impact: Assess crew performance and job status on-site, ensuring smooth operations and stellar customer experiences.
Customer Champion: Engage directly with homeowners to address any installation concerns, turning challenges into opportunities for satisfaction.
Solution-Oriented Expert: Provide creative installation solutions that align with customer expectations, utilizing your deep understanding of Renewal Products.
Quality Assurance: Confirm that all details within the sales contracts align with customer needs, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the process.
Strategic Planner: Determine labor duration and materials required for each project, ensuring seamless execution every time.
Communication Catalyst: Foster strong relationships with installation crews, keeping them informed of unique job-specific factors.
On-Site Support: Troubleshoot any issues that arise on the installation day, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
Resource Manager: Approve any additional labor needs to guarantee job completion without compromising quality.
What We’re Looking For:
-High School diploma or equivalent
-At least 5 years in a similar role, particularly in window and door installation.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Experience in customer service, especially in job troubleshooting.
-Strong computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.
-Ability to build rapport quickly and create a sense of urgency with field crews.
-A proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.
-Comfort and competency in a fast-paced environment.
