TITLE: IT Support Specialist
TYPE: Contract to Hire
LOCATION: 100% Remote (HQ is near Willow Grove, PA)
START DATE: Immediate
SHIFT: Sunday-Wednesday 10am-8:30pm
TRAINING SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (training is fully paid and can last up to 6 months)

***MUST be able to consistently work the training schedule and the regular shift to be considered***

We have an immediate need for a help desk specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. The day-to-day responsibilities of the role will consist of IT phone support in a Microsoft environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide L1 & L2 daily user support in a Windows Environment 100% over the phone.
Assist customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service.
Utilize the formal ticketing system in order to track progress and log ticket resolution.
Learn and then support proprietary hardware systems. You will be trained on this.
Help set up new devices and sunset hardware that is being phased out.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical High School Diploma OR an associate degree or higher in a technology-related field is highly preferred. Equivalent work experience is sufficient. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Intermediate+ level knowledge of the Microsoft Infrastructure stack.
Reliable, dependable, punctual, and responsible, with excellent communication skills.
