The Senior Javascript developer will be focused on creating an extremely performant edge-first architecture that can scale as the business grows. As a Senior Javascript Developer, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end development frameworks and third-party libraries. Together with the project team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the application.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver clean, functional Javascript/Typescript code on the front- and back-end
- Take architectural ownership with respect to the design and development of functionality
- Deduce technical logic from business requirements
- Test and fix bugs or other coding issues
- Update or build documentation, business processes, workflows, systems architecture, etc.
- Participate in technical refinement sessions
- Guide the team in the analyzing, building, and deployment of the application
- Scope story points, estimate development efforts, and communicate progress to product managers and team
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate solutions
- Follow agile best practices
- Understand how to extend the capabilities of OutSystems (no prior OutSystems knowledge necessary)
Requirements
MUST HAVES
- Native or Fluent English
- Critical thinking
- 5+ years using Javascript/Typescript
- 2+ years using Cloudflare Workers
- 3+ years using Nodejs
- 2+ years using Svelte or React
- Strong team work capabilities
LIKE TO HAVES
- 1+ years using Deno Deploy
- 2+ years using PostgreSQL
- 2+ years using NoSQL
- 3+ years using Agile methodology
