<p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>As Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive digital marketing across the business, linking up with other key data users to ensure we are leveraging the digital insight we gather across the marketing department. Together with the team, you will be responsible for delivering global, purpose-driven marketing communications campaigns that drive brand awareness and deliver leads. The Digital Marketing Manager will also ensure the required budget, resources and governance is in place to move our digital marketing to the next level.</p><p>As InterCloud’s Digital Marketing Manager, you will also be in charge of:</p><ul><li>Executing the brand identity and strategy/messaging across all digital channels and driving the ongoing development of the InterCloud website. </li><li>Leading the optimization of our website and our HubSpot usage. With this, the Digital Marketing Manager must have demonstrable experience of leading website optimization and should be comfortable utilizing a CMS to continuously improve website content and the user journey. </li><li>Developing and owning digital communications to the InterCloud audiences.</li><li>Implementing nurture programs to drive industry and/or persona-specific messaging as well as delivering on our brand awareness objectives.</li><li>Optimising all digital channels to raise the profile, visibility, views, and social engagement and contribute to increased brand recognition.</li><li>Maintaining an overview of all online communications, external-facing digital products, and social media across Intercloud, developing and promoting standards and processes to ensure quality, usability, and consistency for our audiences.</li><li>Being the company’s thought-leader for digital campaign and helping to define the current and future martech roadmap.</li><li>Owning the social media strategy and execution, driving content from marketing campaigns through all social channels.</li><li>Monitoring and analysing competitor digital marketing activities.</li><li>Implementing and owning SEO for InterCloud and driving paid digital activity to support our growth and awareness objectives.</li><li>Appointing suppliers of digital services and overseeing InterCloud’s relationships with them, ensuring they provide high-quality service and value for money.</li><li>Partnering with the broader marketing team to shape and execute digital plans, with a strong focus on maximizing conversion and delivering pipeline.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Deep experience with marketing & sales ops automation tools (SFDC, HubSpot experience is essential).</li><li>Proven experience of B2B tech marketing, ideally in the cloud, telco, or networking space.</li><li>Ability to problem solve, innovate and synthesise complex product information.</li><li>Good business sense and an ability to prioritise activity to deliver results.</li><li>A strong campaign marketer with experience in inbound and outbound marketing, content marketing, intent marketing, email nurturing, audience segmentation, advertising, content syndication, website optimization and communications.</li><li>Fluent in French and English.</li></ul> •
