We deliver, thanks to our straightforward, managed, end-to-end multicloud platform, which is backed by a secure global network.</p><p>We enable our customers with a range of products aside cloud connectivity, network services and security, leveraging our global infrastructure backbone.<br></p><h3>Who are we looking for...</h3><p>The NOC Manager will lead the teams that supports and maintains our network infrastructure and systems in order to meet company goals and provide a reliable and effective infrastructure for the Company’s customers and backbone, while being hands on.</p><h3>Your responsibilities:</h3><ul> <li>Monitor, manage, and mentor the infrastructure operations and support team</li> <li>Ensure the primary infrastructure systems within the network (network devices, servers, systems, VDI …) are effectively maintained, and administered to ensure smooth reliable operations</li> <li>Ensure effective monitoring, maintenance, and administration of automated network, server, power, and security alerting systems</li> <li>Ensure effective monitoring, maintenance, and administration of automated backup systems to ensure data continuity and integrity for all systems</li> <li>Oversee coordination and communication with suppliers and subcontractors. </li> <li>Oversee incidents, requests, and change management with the corresponding teams</li> <li>Ensure SLAs are correctly defined and met</li> <li>Ensure maintenance of effective 24-7 operations with rotating on-call schedule, escalation paths, and emergency response plans</li> <li>Oversee maintenance of the infrastructure inventory and ensure maintenance of critical spares at all facilities</li> <li>Ensure effective coordination and cooperation with the all company’s departments to smoothly facilitate the resolution of cross domain incidents/requests/situations</li> <li>Oversee, maintain, and build documentation for both end users and IC staff</li> <li>Coordinate and collaborate with the rest of IC, IT, Engineering and the business at large to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement</li> <li>Model company core values</li></ul><h3><br></h3><h3>Required qualifications...</h3><ul> <li>Bachelors of Science in Technology/Engineering fields with minimum 10 years of experience in Network, IT infrastructure management role, masters degree in a related field</li> <li>Strong demonstrable fundamental technical knowledge of networks, systems, and general IT systems </li> <li>Experience with several of the following technical areas: Server hardware, enterprise, VMWare (ESXi, vcenter, and Horizon), network switches/routers/firewalls (Juniper preferred), enterprise backup software, enterprise monitoring software, Microsoft Windows (server and desktop), Linux, Microsoft SQL, Python, PowerShell, VBScript, and/or Ansible</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of ITSM best practices and supporting systems (Atlassian preferred)</li> <li>Management experience</li></ul> •
