Your Responsibilities:

• Recruit and Manage Publisher/Affiliate Traffic Sources: You will be responsible for sourcing and managing affiliates and publishers for our mobile ad network. This involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and fostering strong relationships to drive traffic and revenue.

• Optimize Affiliate Performance: Continuously monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs. Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.

• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, developments, and best practices in online and mobile advertising, lead generation, and arbitrage media buying. Apply this knowledge to enhance our affiliate program and stay ahead of the competition.

Your Profile:

• Experience in Affiliate Management: Proven experience in affiliate management or a related field is essential. You should have a strong understanding online and mobile based traffic sources.

• Knowledge of Online and Mobile Advertising: Familiarity with online and mobile advertising concepts, including ad formats, targeting options, and tracking mechanisms, is crucial for success in this role.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are necessary to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum performance and profitability.

• Negotiation and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills are key to successfully recruiting and managing affiliates and publishers. You should be able to communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with external stakeholders.
