As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll play a crucial role in further developing and managing a best-in-class hiring program, working alongside leaders to build the teams that will propel our success. </p><p dir="ltr">You will take full ownership of the talent acquisition function, from sourcing and engaging candidates to ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will guide our hiring managers through the full process with exceptional organization, communication, and hiring expertise. The ideal candidate is passionate about successful recruiting practices, constantly learning new, effective methods, evaluating current practices, and proactively refining processes to bring the best talent on board.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Here’s what you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Further develop and drive start-to-end strategic talent acquisition plans and processes to attract and retain top talent and deliver a premier candidate experience. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Take ownership of all open requisitions, managing every aspect from inbound and outbound recruiting, sourcing, and screening, to guiding candidates and hiring managers through the process and collaborating with management on offers and negotiations. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Provide coaching to the team on effective recruiting strategies, leveraging networks, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Oversee our ATS to ensure it’s being fully utilized and that hiring data remains accurate and up-to-date. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work closely with the People Operations team to ensure a successful onboarding process for new hires.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Develop and manage to key KPIs to ensure consistent evaluation and improvements that lead to target results (eg: time to fill, outbound candidate response rates, cost per hire, etc).</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Design and execute successful outbound sourcing tactics that attract top talent to Cubby and build out a potential talent pipeline (eg: actively network, develop video content for marketing job opportunities and the company, improve our Careers landing page, etc.). Build out a database that tracks potential future talent.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Serve as an ultimate representative and champion of the Cubby culture.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Here’s what we’re looking for</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>You will have at least</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Bachelor's degree preferred, or extensive relevant experience. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">5+ years of experience leading full-cycle talent acquisition in a fast-growing startup environment.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proven success in outbound sourcing.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proficient in managing ATS platforms and ensuring effective usage by the team.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Deep understanding of current recruitment trends and the ability to implement them effectively.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A keen ability to select the right people for the right roles.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Skilled in collecting and analyzing data to inform decisions and continuously enhance recruiting practices.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent project management and communication skills.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong interpersonal skills for working with a diverse group of employees and candidates.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>We hope you also have</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Passion about working for mission-driven companies.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding startup.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Don’t feel like you have all of the qualifications?</strong></p><p dir="ltr">The description above indicates our current vision for the role. The total cash compensation range listed above is inclusive of base pay & target variable pay.
