Entry Level Marketing Assistant

The Entry Level Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the marketing team with day-to-day tasks to execute marketing strategies and campaigns. This role provides hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and helps develop the foundational skills needed for career growth in marketing and business development.

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and gather relevant data to support campaign strategies.
• Help create marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• Monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives and compile performance reports.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing communications, such as newsletters and promotional materials.
• Support the marketing team in administrative tasks such as maintaining contact databases and updating marketing documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
