Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
- Expertise in 1 or more of the following:
- Data Strategy (Operating Models, Data Regulations, Data & AI Ethics)
- Data governance, Data management & Data Quality
- Data Architecture, Data Engineering & AI Engineering
- Data visualization, ML and Insight generation
- Proficiency in data engineering and insight tools (SQL, R, Python, SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Data Factory).
- Experience in driving insight and value from data
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Curiosity and a passion for problem-solving.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
- Proven track record in engaging senior stakeholders and large teams.
- Proven track record in delivering cloud data transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in program delivery and governance.
- Deep knowledge of advanced analytics and AI technologies.
- Forward-thinking mindset and a passion for driving innovation.
