Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking a Director, Maintenance and Reliability (M&R) to provide strategic and tactical leadership for developing a cross functional reliability team. The goal of Chewy’s reliability team is to deliver predictable capital planning through the development of programs and strategies to maximize the useful life of company assets. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and execute a world class reliability program embedded across the FC Operations, Pharmacy, and Asset Risk Operations spaces. Design for Excellence (DFX) methodology in this role will ensure capital solutions achieve specific objectives for safety, team experience, customer experience, reliability, and cost. This is a unique opportunity to drive end to end standardization and efficiency throughout Chewy’s fulfillment centers and assets.

Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary range for a ROLE position is $159,000.00 - $254,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
