<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>

Provide direct care to patients, including administering medications,

observing and monitoring patients' conditions, and maintaining accurate

patient records.

<li>Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.</li>

Educate patients about their conditions and provide guidance on managing

symptoms.

Ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and maintain sanitary patient

care environments.

Respond to patients' medical emergencies and alert appropriate medical

personnel.

Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants, ensuring quality care is

consistently provided.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the broader healthcare

team.

Uphold all health and safety standards as per hospital guidelines and state

regulations.

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Nursing.</li>

<li>Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).</li>

<li>Proven experience in a clinical setting.</li>

Strong understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best

practices.

<li>Proficient in nursing care software and electronic health records.</li>
