<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business

goals.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances,

and other issues.

<li>

Support current and future business needs through employee engagement,

development, and talent management.

</li>

<li>

Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring a high level of

organizational health.

<li>

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high

performance.

</li>

<li>

Assess training needs, and monitor training programs to ensure compliance

and effectiveness.

</li>

<li>Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.</li>

<li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.</li>

<li>

Oversee recruitment efforts for all personnel, including the writing and

placement of job ads.

</li>

<li>

Lead initiatives aimed at fostering diversity and inclusion in the

workplace.

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p>

<ol>

<li>

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Master’s degree in

HRM or an MBA is a plus.

</li>

<li>Proven working experience as an HR manager or HR executive.</li>

<li>

Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training

&amp; development, etc.).

</li>

<li>Ability to architect and drive change.</li>

<li>Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.</li>

<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>

<li>Proficiency with HRMS and MS Office.</li>

<li>Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.</li>

<li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.</li>

<li>Aptitude in fostering a positive work environment.</li>
