LanceSoft is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist located in Framingham, MA (Hybrid).

Job Summary:
Duration of contract: Contract for 03+ months
Expected hours per week: 36-40 hours a day
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid

Job Description:
• Provides diversified support for multiple recruiters in a dynamic fast-paced work environment.
• Schedules onsite, virtual and phone interviews, at all Corporate Office, Field, and Distribution Center locations globally.
• Coordinates candidate travel arrangements, processes reimbursements and initiates relocation benefits where applicable.
• Drafts and send offer letters to candidates.
• Initiates and tracks progress of Pre-Hire Background Checks; adjudicates Former Employment and Education flags.
• Executes and facilitates US New Hire Orientation for Home Office associates weekly and I-9 verification inspections.
• Partners with internal contacts (HR Compliance, HR Xpress, Payroll) to ensure accurate new hire records and documentation.
• Communicates with candidates and internal/external contacts across various channels.
• Support a minimum of 3 Recruiters. Subject to change based on business needs.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume and fast paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Self-directed individual who can work independently and collaborate as needed with peers and across functionally.
• Ability to build relationships and maintain an open mindset.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational and follow through skills. •
