We are delighted to introduce you to The Foundry!
This is our entry-level 12 month internship programme – and we’re looking for an Account Executive to join the team in our Client Services department.

We are based in Bristol and often collaborate with our colleagues in London, allowing us to produce exciting integrated work across the whole customer journey.
As a 'Fellow’ at TMW Bristol, you'll become an integral part of the Client Service team from day one, working with our industry experts across many departments and across key areas of the business. You’ll learn how the industry works, contribute to real projects and earn a recognised qualification. We nurture our next generation of talented executives through structured training and mentoring, along with plenty of hands-on experience.
The Client Services team are the facilitators in the creation and application of great strategic insight to develop game-changing ideas. They are the architects of the best possible outcome, inspiring people and the agency to excel.
As an Account Executive Fellow, you will support the account team in the successful running of the account. You will be responsible for providing the first line of support for the client’s retail network - managing incoming calls, enquiries and support requests from across the UK.
You will play an essential role in continuing to build our relationship and reputation, both with our clients and their networks.
You’ll work on a variety of live projects, giving you amazing opportunities to learn and grow in the creative industry. You’ll also get coaching and mentoring to help you work towards an industry-recognised qualification.
Network rapid response - Respond to queries from the client’s retail partner network
Creative development – Gain an understanding of agency process and resource management to enable end-to-end management of creative assets
Relationship building - Build and maintain strong client relationships, together with team members and colleagues across departments, that engender trust and add value.
Campaign management - Support colleagues in the day-to-day running of on-going campaigns, taking ownership of some projects as and when appropriate
Documenting effectiveness - Produce and update contact reports, status reports and arrange status meetings, being responsive and collaborative
Stakeholder / project management - Manage expectations of internal stakeholders throughout the duration of a project by effectively communicating information, actions and progress
Trend analysis - Be across industry leading ideas and emerging trends and proactively share your views with the team
Financial acumen - Gain an understanding of the account finances, how the agency makes money and be aware of opportunities for additional revenue
