You will play an essential role in continuing to build our relationship and reputation, both with our clients and their networks.

You’ll work on a variety of live projects, giving you amazing opportunities to learn and grow in the creative industry. You’ll also get coaching and mentoring to help you work towards an industry-recognised qualification.

Creative development – Gain an understanding of agency process and resource management to enable end-to-end management of creative assets

Relationship building - Build and maintain strong client relationships, together with team members and colleagues across departments, that engender trust and add value.

Campaign management - Support colleagues in the day-to-day running of on-going campaigns, taking ownership of some projects as and when appropriate

Documenting effectiveness - Produce and update contact reports, status reports and arrange status meetings, being responsive and collaborative

Stakeholder / project management - Manage expectations of internal stakeholders throughout the duration of a project by effectively communicating information, actions and progress

Trend analysis - Be across industry leading ideas and emerging trends and proactively share your views with the team

Financial acumen - Gain an understanding of the account finances, how the agency makes money and be aware of opportunities for additional revenue
