Associate Creative Director

We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious and confident Senior Creative to join us at the inception of this exciting new venture. The successful candidate will need to have a passion for new business and have an entrepreneurial mindset with an ambition to help shape, build and grow a brand-new business unit.   

As the creative leader, they will be responsible for shaping Tomorrow’s creative culture. Creating work that defines what Tomorrow stands for and attracts industry recognition and fame. They will work closely with the leadership team to supercharge new business for this new venture; bringing new ideas on innovative ways to sell creative to prospects and current clients.    

They will be responsible for leading creative ideation across the social and earned space helping us deliver stand-out work that travels across media and mediums.   

The Senior Creative will report into the Head of Consumer and Executive Director Social and Influencer and will also be part of the wider creative team in TMW, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to work on significant integrated briefs acting as the creative voice for earned and social in the wider agency and helping creating truly integrated work.    

We are TMW Tomorrow, a new culture led venture from the award winning integrated creative agency TMW.  

 TMW Tomorrow which launched last week,  combines the creative PR and comms heritage of agency Fever with the social and content excellence of TMW to create a new collective within TMW that responds to the changing and challenging media and social landscape.  

The 35 strong team covers PR, social and influencer comms, we are rooted in culture and passionate about creating work that gets people talking.    

We believe nothing shapes culture more than the conversation surrounding it and with TMW Tomorrow we want to create the content, talk to the communities and collaborate with the people that are going to shape the culture of tomorrow.   

Our blended team of PR, social and influencer specialists means we can do work that lives on social and makes the news, and create content that lives in media and then gets picked up on social. Our team have deep knowledge, a passion for the industry and an ambition to create work wins awards, gets our teams excited and makes our clients famous.    

This new arm of TMW is looking to target PR, social and integrated comms briefs operating as an independent unit within the wider business. Briefs where the ambition is to shape culture, create conversation and deliver earned attention whilst also supporting and growing TMW’s integrated opportunities. We’re really excited about this opportunity to build something new and unique in the marketplace, and we are looking for a candidate who shares our passion and ambition to make brilliant work.  

 

Requirements

What you will need to succeed… 

• A portfolio that highlights your experience in developing PR and socially led ideas – from stunts to experiences, partnerships to talent activations, show us your work that has got coverage and delivered social conversation 

• Proven experience in a senior creative role within an PR or social agency environment, with a focus on conceptualizing and delivering best-in-class social, influencer, and PR campaigns  

• Expertise in working within an integrated creative forum and acting as the earned-first creative specialist – pushing back on ideas when necessary and offering up solutions on ways in which ideas can be built on to work in earned media  

• Shoot experience, working with production teams, acting as the creative lead and decision maker on content production 

• A track record of creating and developing campaigns that are earned and social first for clients and within new business and meet their KPIs 

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to articulate and sell ideas and strategies to diverse audiences in innovative ways  

• Team player with a passion for nurturing and building a creative culture, including running training (formal and on-the-job) to build creative confidence amongst the whole agency  

• Passion for culture and with a finger on the pulse of trends and emerging opportunities the agency should capitalize on
