Event Staff Needed for San Francisco Conference 10/29 & 10/30

Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of event staff for a developer conference on Tuesday 10/29 & Wednesday 10/30 at Fort Mason in San Francisco. This is a great opportunity to join our roster as we will have other events in the Bay Area throughout the year. We provide a fun, collaborative, positive work environment with room for growth.

Job Description

• The pay rate for this job is $24/hr.
• Main job duties will be providing directions/wayfinding to event attendees. We will also be helping with registration.
• All roles are standing positions and you may be required to work more than one role during the course of this event.
• All roles are outdoors.
• A uniform will not be provided. You must wear your own black button-down, black slacks, and black professional shoes.
• Rest and lunch breaks are paid.
• No parking, public transportation, or ride-sharing will be reimbursed.

Shift Times:

• Shifts range from 7am to 6pm on both days. Must be able to work both days and have full availability during this time frame.
• We are offering an average of 6-8 hours of work per day.

Ideal Candidates

• Previous event & conference experience is preferred. Customer service experience is required.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and professional.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors, standing on your feet for long periods of time, and interacting with groups of people.
