Event Staff, Customer Service Support During Holiday Season - Starting 11/18

Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of staff to assist with a seven-week program from Nov 18 - Jan 5th at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for evening work during the holiday season. We provide a fun, collaborative, and positive work environment.

Job Description

• The event is a seven-week outdoor light show at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens.
• We will have shifts available almost every evening starting Mon Nov 18 and can offer 20-40 hours per week until Sun 1/5.
• Job duties include greeting attendees, providing directions/way finding, and assisting with parking.
• Pay is $22.50/hour.

Shift Times

• Mandatory paid onsite training will be held on Monday 11/18 from 4pm-9pm. If you cannot attend the training, you cannot work on this program.
• Shift times are 4:45pm-9:45pm (5 hours) and 4:45pm-10:30pm (5.75 hours).
• We are operating on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day and will prioritize those who are available to work on these dates.

Ideal Candidates

• Must be comfortable working exclusively outdoors. There are no indoor positions available.
• Must be comfortable standing on your feet for the duration of the shift and interacting with hundreds of people per shift.
• Previous customer service experience is required, event experience is preferred.
• Must be friendly, reliable, outgoing, and professional.
