Procurement Analyst

• Ordering of Parts for Proto builds using SAP.
• Timely Release of POs as per MRP recommendations.
• Ensuring parts are delivered in time as per MRD, Supplier contact and follow up.
• Overdue monitoring, Schedule & Unscheduled follow up with suppliers.
• Tracking of shipments & deliveries
• Ensuring blacklisted materials are not procured.
• Ability to resolve issues Vendor Codes, Revisions in Part number, Payment rejections, Approvals etc.
• Timely procurement of miscellaneous items.
• Based on supplier invoice, Completing Goods Receipt and approving in SAP to authorise payments to supplier
• Ensure quality delivery.

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile)
• At least 1 to 2 year experience as Procurement Analyst.
• Experience in purchase of Indirect materials in Manufacturing Industries
• Preferably experienced in procurement of Powertrain parts, Axles, Electrical Components, Non Productive Materials.

• Knowledge and hands on experience in using ERP SAP systems
• Know the value chain and the business model
• Planning, coordinating and organizing skills.
• Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power point for reporting day to day developments
• Ability to plan & prioritise also under pressure.
• Flexibility to work in Shifts
• Ability to work independently
