Following the recent launches of several highly anticipated and successful top adult games, we want to keep pace with our rapid business growth by adding talent and expertise to our User Acquisition team. Our ambitious plan is to continue this exciting path and expand into new platforms, genres and audiences.

We are a lean team offering a lot of freedom and room for experimentation. We are looking for someone who is business-savvy, collaborative and communicative, results-driven, and excited by the opportunity to be an early piece of a great industry success puzzle. We love people with entrepreneurial spirit who want to get stuff done – we aim for disruption, not docility.

In this key role, you will plan and manage user acquisition campaigns, handle and optimize media buying on a day-to-day basis and align and work closely with our Business Intelligence team. Once fully integrated and delivering results, you will start building a team of UA Specialists around you and drive further growth within the organization.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage, implement, and execute user acquisition campaigns
  • Analyze and optimize UA campaigns based on internal performance KPIs
  • Provide input and data-driven decisions into creative development
  • Generate ideas and perform tests in order to improve UA performance.
  • Manage day to day relations with ad networks and partners
  • Keep up with industry trends and new UA opportunities

What you will need to be successful:

Must haves:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition or digital marketing, preferably within the gaming, entertainment or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns. Strong understanding of global advertising strategies, platforms and metrics.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High levels of initiative, energy, ownership and urgency.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies to solve problems and drive growth.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with F2P/GaS user acquisition.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, marketing automation tools.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar programs.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
