Product Manager

Following the recent launches of several highly anticipated and successful top adult games, we want to keep pace with our rapid business growth by adding talent and expertise to our Product team. Our ambitious plan is to continue this exciting path and expand into new platforms, genres and audiences.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee the product lifecycle from production to launch and live operations of multiple games.
• Identify and execute opportunities to facilitate growth and improve profitability.
• Support and communicate with partners on a day-to-day basis.
• Analyze and interpret data and provide meaningful conclusions to improve performances.
• Synchronize internal and external functions and stakeholders and avoid blockers and bottlenecks.
• Ensure dates and plans are in line with the portfolio/platform planning.
• Harmonize partner interests with Marketing planning and secure sufficient lead times & asset support.
• Own the product P&L’s and report performances to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate internal and external risk factors.
• Keep up with industry trends and new collaboration and investment opportunities.

What you will need to be successful:

Must haves:

• Business first’ mindset.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as Product Manager or Producer in F2P/GaS game publishing or development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing products full lifecycle. Strong understanding of platform compliance rules and performance metrics.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Top negotiating skills.
• High levels of initiative, energy, ownership and urgency.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative problem-solving strategies and drive growth.
• Interest in the adult entertainment industry.

Nice to haves:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in Anime & Asian entertainment culture.
