We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Procurement Officer to join our team. This role will be suitable for someone who is eager to develop his/her talents through a fast-paced start-up environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong attention to details, impeccable execution and solid communication skills to work jointly with our stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Source, assess, and select products and suppliers from China and the USA, negotiating the best deals.
- Proactively work with other teams for confirmation of purchasing requisition requests.
- Place and follow up purchasing orders, and maintain and upkeep the purchasing records
- Execute category management and supplier management
- Answer enquires on procurement related matters and handle commercial claims
- Prepare departmental reports and handle administrative duties, such as filing
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Team Head
- Work proactively with warehouse team to assist on inventory management
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor degree holder; Previous experience in sales support, merchandising or inventory management is definitely a plus;

- Hands-on experience in B2B/B2C operations and inventory management;
- Experience on Inventory Management System/ERP e.g. D365 is a plus;
- Detail-mindedness. You have great attention to detail and can independently complete deliverables with minimal supervision;
- Are excited to cope with uncertainties and challenges. Enjoy working under a lean team with high flexibility and global exposure;
- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Knowledge on PC / Excel / Google Sheet.
