We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our Shopify platform and other e-commerce channels such as Lazada and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management and system configuration, particularly with Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Shopify platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality and others as needed.
- Configure and optimize systems and platforms to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate e-commerce strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and growth.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-commerce systems and platforms.
- Work with other SaaS platforms such as D365 and Extensiv to streamline fulfillment processes for the company's Digital Platform
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, ideally within a brand or multiple brands. Agency experience will also be considered.
- Strong expertise in managing Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Tech-savvy with a proven ability to configure and optimize e-commerce systems and platforms.
- Understanding of marketing principles and how they relate to e-commerce.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
