This role may also require member or provider outreach and other duties within Medical Care Solutions.

Requirements:

High school diploma required.
Agile Experience 2 Years minimum.
Computer/ MS Office suite literate.
Typing 45 WPM/10 key by touch.
Customer Service/call center experience.

Preferred:

3+ years of experience in Case Management.
Health insurance industry experience.
Medical terminology.
Medical billing or coding experience.
