Requisitos

Contar con 5 años en Administración de personal y manejo de planillas (indispensable)
Conocimiento de Legislación Laboral vigente
Contar con conocimientos y experiencia en relaciones laborales.
Bachiller de las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Contabilidad o afines.

Funciones

Responsable de preparar presentaciones ejecutivas para Directorio con información relevante.
Trabajar estrategias y desplegar nuevos proyectos para manejo de vacaciones, nuevos procedimientos, entre otros.
Responsable del análisis, creación de iniciativas para el área de Administración de personal y compensaciones.
Desarrollar, coordinar e implementar políticas de compensación, estructura salariales y beneficios.
Supervisar los procesos de gestión de personal: Asistencia, Contratos, Ceses, entre otros.
Implementación de controles para flujo de pago de planillas.
