Job Description: Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Nursing and in accordance with Physician or Physician extender will provide education and guidance with meal planning, care coordination, nutrition evaluation and recommendation.
Education Requirement: NY State Certificate OR CDR - required
Primary Source Verification - required
Bachelor's degree - required
AHA BLS - required
Master's degree - preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Two years of experience
Certifications BLS
Commision on Dietetic Registration
