Pay Range: $28.50 - $31.25/hour

JOB SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Accounting Manager, performs assigned cashier and some accounting duties to assure that all residents’ business matters, i.e., pension/social security checks, bank statements, cash transactions to/from resident’s Home accounts, etc., are being handled accurately, on a timely basis and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Process Accounts Payable in Covina. Communicates to Accounting Manager all problems and concerns relating to resident accounting and Accounts Payable.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Responsible for all aspect of Residents Accounting including:
2. Accounts Payable processing – Process Covina related invoices.
3. Assists with external audits relating to Trust Fund and Accounts Payable
4. Cooperating with co-workers and establishing good working relationships with all departments. Practicing team building and promoting good employee relationships in the department.
5. Assisting in posting all MHC-UC Credit Card Payments in MatrixCare
6. Collecting all mails from Finance Mailbox for distribution to the Team Member inboxes
7. Performing other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager
