We are seeking an Inbound Marketing Specialist to design and execute inbound marketing strategies and campaigns. Take charge as our HubSpot expert, handling the setup, enhancement, and maintenance of our HubSpot Marketing automation platform. You will ensure that our HubSpot setup is fully utilized, helping to identify underused features and integrating them into our marketing strategies. 

Your duties will include creating and managing content such as email marketing campaigns, landing pages, lead magnets (e.g. surveys, quizzes), forms etc.. Additionally, you will evaluate and report on the success of marketing efforts, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.

The perfect candidate will have a background in inbound marketing, a solid grasp of digital marketing channels, and exceptional copywriting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Expertise: Become our go-to HubSpot authority, managing the setup, enhancement, and upkeep of our HubSpot Marketing automation system and our contact database.
  • Workflow Design: Craft and deploy automated workflows within HubSpot to simplify the customer journey and enhance marketing efficiency, covering everything from lead capture and segmentation to nurturing and conversion. Monitor all workflows regularly to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
  • Customer Journeys: Create personalized customer journeys for various buyer personas, stages in the lifecycle, and engagement levels.
  • Lead Nurturing and Scoring: Establish lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on their engagement, behavior, and qualification. Collaborate with CSMs to ensure leads are properly assigned and nurtured through customized workflows.
  • Email Campaigns: Develop, refine, and oversee email campaigns in HubSpot, handling everything from campaign initiation to audience segmentation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and evaluate the success and impact of digital initiatives using HubSpot's reporting and analytics features. Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns using key metrics like website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Partner with the sales team to create a seamless alignment between marketing and sales efforts, driving a unified approach to reaching our goals.
  • Cross-Department Synergy: Work closely with design and product teams to craft cohesive and compelling marketing campaigns that resonate across all channels.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, integrate new CRM features and updates ensuring our strategies are always cutting-edge. 
  • SEO Experience: Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive organic traffic and targeted leads.

Requirements

  • Bring 3-4 years of hands-on experience in inbound marketing or a similar field.
  • Be adept with marketing automation and CRM software.
  • Proven track record of excelling at activation and retention in a corporate setting.
  • Showcase strong copywriting skills and experience crafting content for marketing and sales campaigns across various channels.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of SEO and keyword research methods.
  • Have knowledge of website analytics tools and experience in data analysis.
  • Excel in communication and collaboration, working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability to change in a dynamic environment.
  • Have a genuine desire to learn and grow within the marketing field.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Μarketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

The following will be considered as a plus: 

  • Knowledge of tools like Marketo, Pardot, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and SugarCRM.
  • Being able to oversee marketing budgets and forecasts, ensuring efforts maximize ROI and resources allocation.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
