Sleed, an e-business digital marketing agency with more than 10 years of field experience, 250+ industry awards and premier partnerships with technology leaders and a high-end portfolio of both local and international clients, looking for a performance oriented Digital Account Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess profound digital marketing expertise, a passion for performance-driven strategies, and a comprehensive understanding of digital media. This role involves executing cutting-edge digital strategies and overseeing campaigns for prominent e-commerce projects and brands in Greece.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with clients and maximizing sales opportunities
  • Operating as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and maintain frequent contact
  • Provide expert consultation to customers of the company, helping them to make the most out of the digital tools available and used by the company
  • Responsible for the monitoring of paid campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo Ads, TikTok Ads etc.) in alignment with the clients’ objectives and KPIs
  • Demonstrate finely-tuned performance marketing skills including: bid management, campaign structure, feed optimization, keyword research/development, ad copy creation, campaign performance tracking and reporting
  • Develop customer reports by aggregating and analyzing information from web analytics tools and Data Studio. Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on advertising spend (RoAS)
  • Stay current with performance marketing trends and best practices
  • Freely share knowledge, insights, best practices, tactics and ideas across her/his team. Be motivated to ensure that knowledge of the digital marketing industry is kept up to date with a research & development attitude
  • Demonstrate a cooperative spirit and contribute to a positive working environment. Understand the importance of achieving team goals & cooperate with different people and level of seniority
  • Be a manager / trainer for a small team (1-2 team members)
  • Reports to Key Account Manager

Requirements

  • At least 4 years hands-on working experience with Google ads (search, display, shopping/pmax, and video) and Meta ads. Experience with other ad platforms such as TikTok ads, Criteo ads, as well as programmatic buying platforms (DSPs) will be considered a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and especially with advanced features like Exploration, Custom Reports etc.
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any similar field (active students that have not graduated may still be accepted)
  • Good presentation and client-facing skills
  • Experience managing individuals
  • Attention to detail 
  • Eager to learn, and have a passion for performance marketing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Looker Studio 
  • Experience using Microsoft/Google Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides etc.)
  • Google Ads & Analytics Certification

It would be also great if you have:

  • Experience in CRM Marketing and especially with platforms like Klaviyo and Contact Pigeon
  • Awareness of basic Search Engine Optimization principles
  • Ability to read and evaluate a tracking setup through Google Tag Manager
