On behalf of our client, a global product company innovating within their niche industry, we are seeking a Product Manager to develop key components of their platform, which is used by thousands of users worldwide.
Specifically, you will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution of their new cloud-based B2B portal. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful delivery of these essential platforms.
- Develop a deep understanding of market needs, customer pain points, and
- competitive landscape related to admin website and B2B portal functionality.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
- and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that
- streamline administrative tasks and enhance user experience.
- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize development tasks, manage
- sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback from stakeholders, and iterate on
- product features to continuously improve usability and functionality.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of
- the projects and use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies,
- product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
- Act as a product evangelist, providing training and support to internal teams and
- external stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of 3+ years in product management, with experience in web application or SaaS product development.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of cloud-based technologies, web development frameworks, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, capable of identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable product plans.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and user research techniques
