Duration: Upto 12 Months (With Possible Extensions)
Specific Qualifications or Experience Required: A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a degree in Computer Science or related discipline and related experience in a large, complex organization, including but not limited to, enterprise architecture, project management, systems analysis, application development, and operations.
- Ten (10) year’s of recent, related experience in project management and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups
- Experience working within the BC Health Sector is highly preferred
- Ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in a large and complex environment is necessary
- Experience or working knowledge of population and public health is key to the success of the role
- Strong forward thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts and topics in layman’s terms to non-subject matter experts and build consensus and credibility among diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize and complete multiple tasks
- Working knowledge and experience with agile, as well as waterfall project management concepts practices and deliverables
- Exceptional MS Office Skills
- Knowledgeable with designing extensible, modular systems including composite UI and microservice architectures
- Experienced delivering solutions on cloud platforms including Salesforce, AWS, and Azure
- Well-versed in the design of large scale and highly resilient web-based architectures
- Experience architecting high-volume and low-latency business critical integration solutions leveraging cloud and hybrid integration, technologies and patterns
- Experienced working with FHIR, as well as other Health Standards such as HL7v2, CDA, and related terminologies such as LOINC, SNOMED.
- Experienced with SMART on FHIR; Knowledge of other protocols such as CDS Hooks, and FHIRcast an asset.
- Strong knowledge of IDAM related technologies including federated authentication, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, ADFS, Azure Active Directory.
