<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor fuel inventory levels, stock, and deliveries to avoid shortages and maintain optimal stock.</li><li>Ensure fuel dispensing equipment and other facilities are maintained and in excellent working order.</li><li>Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across all assigned stations.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular reports on station performance, including financials, inventory, and customer feedback.</li><li>Ensure all stations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Enforce safe handling of petroleum products, ensuring all staff follow safety protocols.</li><li>Work with government and regulatory bodies for compliance, licensing, and certifications.</li><li>Prepare and manage the budget for each station.</li><li>Ensure that cash handling procedures are adhered to and that revenue targets are met or exceeded</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear objectives.</li><li>Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and high performance.</li><li>Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Analyze and interpret financial data to guide decision-making and improve profitability.</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in retail or petroleum station management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to petroleum products.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with inventory management and reporting tools.</li></ul> •
