<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong> <strong>AND</strong> <strong>EXPERIENCES</strong> <strong>REQUIRED</strong></p><p><strong>Academic</strong> :</p><p> Technically Qualified Professional – predominantly in Oil and Gas operations</p><p> Tertiary Qualification such the equivalent to a NEBOSH Diploma</p><p> Fully conversant with major MS office software</p><p> Must have formal certification in Root Cause Analysis and Incident investigation</p><p><strong>Expérience :</strong></p><p>Essential :</p><p> 10 years international major project experience within Oil and Gas sectors – min</p><p> 7 – 10 Years working in developing countries in Oil and Gas – specifically in HSE role.</p><p> Setting up and deploying HSE systems in major projects start up and execution.</p><p> Expert RCA Incident Investigation/ Facilitation</p><p> Must be familiar with various root cause analysis software and programs used in O&G industry<br></p><p><strong>REQUIRED</strong> <strong>COMPETENCIES</strong></p><p> Oil and Gas or other heavy industry related experience</p><p> Expérience of working in Africa</p><p> Pipeline construction experience</p><p> Previous experience with projects</p><p> Skills with MS Lists</p><p> Skills and experience with Power BI development</p><p> MS Forms and power apps</p><p><strong>ACTIVITIES:</strong></p><p> Align, develop, implement and maintain an overall project Incident & event Management system, the systemmust be structured as to facilitate stakeholders in making informed decisions on current project exposures and risk</p><p> Lead investigations and be familiar with Root Cause tree development and Incident Investigation facilitation</p><p> Be able to develop and implement Internal management systems predominantly around risk management</p><p> Develop, implement and maintain Root Cause analysis systems and requirements</p><p> Conduct training and workshops on Incident Investigations, Root cause analyses and corrective actions</p><p> Be creative with development of lessons learned and the communication of such.</p><p> Set up systems to monitor corrective actions and effectiveness of such</p><p><strong>ACCOUNTABILITY:</strong></p><p> Ensure compliance with Tanzanian rules, regulations, shareholder and governmental agreements, and</p><p>standards relevant to project activities and project implementation in compliance with requirements in</p><p>construction deliverables and site activities.</p><p> Ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory frame in pipeline construction related activities.</p><p> Supporting and coordination EACOP project teams processes.</p> •
