About ManyPixels

ManyPixels is a fast-growing, fully remote design company providing high-quality, on-demand graphic design for businesses worldwide. We serve startups and established brands, delivering fast and affordable creative solutions.

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with native or near-native English to help grow our client base. This is the first BDR hire in the company, so you have a chance to become Head of BDR. If you’re a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts, with a strong focus on cold calling and cold emails, to generate qualified leads.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and position ManyPixels as the ideal design solution.
  • Conduct discovery calls to convert prospects into customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversions.
  • Keep CRM records updated and track key metrics.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques and adapt to market trends.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of outbound sales or BDR (SaaS, design, or creative services is a plus).
  • Fluent or near-native English (written and spoken).
  • Proven success in cold outreach, consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable making high-volume cold calls daily.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a remote environment.
  • Experience with CRMs (we use HubSpot) and sales automation tools is a plus.
  • Independent yet collaborative, able to contribute to an international team.
