Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy as a Porsche Pro within the Sales and Customer Excitement team.
- Act as a brand ambassador to spread enthusiasm and create a positive atmosphere to enable a customer-centric, fascinating, and personalised “WOW” moments and experiences for customers, prospects, fans, and business partners
- Conduct a Porsche-adequate customer needs assessment followed by a need-driven personalised and emotional product/service presentation and demonstration, including an emotional vehicle handover
- Act as the subject matter expert for the Porsche brand, history, products, services, and technologies within the Customer Excitement Team while collaborating with other job roles to achieve the team-based New Car and Used Car sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Support the Marketing team with virtual/F2F product and technology presentations, including being a driving instructor on test drive events; ensure adequate sharing of knowledge and expertise with other retail employees in the form of on-the-job training activities
- Take charge of the well-being and hospitality of all Porsche Studio visitors including the emotional engagement to create excitement and build trust within the Customer Excitement Team while collaborating with other job roles to achieve the team-based sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in the Automotive / Luxury / Tech sector
- A team player with excellent communication skills who supports and guides colleagues
- Professionals who are passionate in cars and the latest technology
- Required to work in shift including weekday evenings and weekends
- Possess a Class 3 Driving License with at least 4 years of driving experience
